Friday, Nov. 7th
7:00am - Meet at Pope in PAC Lobby
7:15am - Bag Check
7:45am - Board bus and leave for Savannah
10:30am - Food Stop in Dublin, GA
11:30am - Leave Dublin

2:30pm - Check into Hotel & Team Meeting
4:00 - River Street Walk
6:00pm - Team Dinner @ Graffito
7:30-8:30 - STUDY HALL
8:30-9:30 - Team Bonding Activities

10:00 - In Rooms

10:30pm - Lights Out

Saturday Nov. 8th
8:30am - Wakeup & Team Breakfast
10:15am - Head to Chatham Co. Aquatic Center
11:00am - Meet Warmups
12pm - 4pm: RHHS Swim Meet (lunch at meet)

6:00pm - Team Dinner @ Carey Hillard's

8:00pm - Return to Hotel
10:30pm - In Rooms
11:00pm - Lights Out

Sunday Nov. 9th
8:30am - Wakeup & Breakfast
10am - Check out and head back to Marietta

12:00pm - Lunch stop in Dublin

4:00pm - arrive at Pope for parent pickup

TEAM TRIP – REFUND POLICY

 

Because the Booster pays many expenses up front—such as hotels and transportation—to make the team trip possible for everyone, we can only consider refund requests and withdrawals for medical reasons.

A parent or guardian must submit a written request detailing the reason for withdrawal to popeswimanddivebooster@gmail.com, with a copy to Coach Schreer at pope.swim.dive@gmail.com, no later than 10/20/2025. Refunds will not be issued after this deadline.
